E certificate for citizenship

My dad had oath for canadian citizenship on Septeber 21st...he asked for e certificate which he got but on certificate the Date is October 3rd...is it something normal or do we have ti contact IRCC??

No it should be the date of oath. Contact ircc to get it changed.
