E-cas updated for oath invitation but did not recieve the letter, what to do?

Hi folks, I see my e-cas being updated for oath invitation, they sent oath invitation letter on April 30 to apprear for oath ceremony on May 12, but I have yet to recievee the letter. I am from Vancouver and it should not take more than 2 days to reach my address from Vancouver local office. I am afraid that the letter may lost on its way. Any suggestion what to do in this case? Thanks.

if you can call CIC and let them know, they will tell you the best thing.

Have you received your oath letter before the oath or did it not arrive to you?
And if you have received it, how long did it take in the mail to arrive to you?
