E-Cas Tracker - Question!

It has been emailing me everyday for the last 3 days with the same update on e-cas and everytime I get a little heartattack thinking it something new!, whats the deal?

i think we shouldnt depend alot on e-case statue ..every case is different and there is no controlling rules it all depends on VO i know some friends his adress appear and disappear evry few days and some updates appears ten dissapear

Which site is ECAS? There seems to be a new PR tracking tool, and also the IRCC linking of account. I'm a bit confused about what's ECAS?
