E-cas status changed from "Decision Made" to "received by Visa Office"

Hello everyone,

I have no idea what CIC is upto, 3 months ago my e-cas status was changed from "received by Visa Office" to "Decision Made" and according to everyone it was a clear rejection, I was waiting for the letter but till now I have not received anything.

After almost 3-4months I just checked my e-cas and found out that they have changed my status again this time from "Decision Made" to "received by Visa Office" !!!!! also they told me that they have sent me a letter on 11th May 2012 which has not been received till now !

What the hell is going on ????
Please help me explain ... :-X

dont worry bro, it was an e-cas glitch then.
now your file has probably been looked at the first level (completeness check, scanning etc ) and passed on for a review.
when the review is complete and if found eligible, your status will turn IP ! so relax !
