Every applicant has been there before and worrying does not change whatever the outcome is as I've learned. 
So you may as well relax and check your email(including junk/spam folder) daily if you provided an email address.
I chose not to check e-cas at all for the entire process and this was great for my stress levels. Perhaps you may want to consider cutting down on how often you check e-cas if it's such a stressor for you.
