E-cas not updated yet after 19 days of passport receival!!!!!!!!

My e-cas status is not updated yet after sending passport and right of landing fees to Detroit.It still shows Medicals have been received .My DD is not encashed. Is that usual ??Do i need to worry ??
My passport was received by Detroit VO on 25 July.

E-Cas is unreliable. However if you know your draft wasn't cashed, it might be worth a case specific enquiry to confirm that they received everything in order.

CIC is getting budget cuts, and the Buffalo office was closed (many files were transferred to Detroit, so their workload has increased) - expect everything to be relatively sluggish for the foreseeable future.
