e-cas not showing anything

Dear All ,

i am not able to find anything from ecas online. our application if through an agency in Canada

we have application no and UCI no but could not find anything in ecas. this question was raised before also by me . but no satisfactory reply yet . if anyone can give some solution it is much appreciated
