Duties NOC 0213 For SINP

I wish to apply for SINP through above NOC but my cadre is "Non Executive" i.e subordinate cadre and my designation is Superintendent in the company but my duties are match with this NOC. May I eligible for this or should I procced or not. My duties are as under:-

Develop and implement policies in Oracle ERP Applications system as per user departments’ requirements.
To develop effective Management Information System/Business intelligence for Senior Management to help better decision making with the help of technical team members.
Meet user department to discuss system requirements, specifications, timelines of project and get sign UAT documents after finalization of software project
Extensive working experience on Oracle Applications ERP , Oracle SQL, Oracle Developer 10g and Oracle UPK on Windows Platform.
Expertise working experience in integrating, personalization, Customizations and on Fast Formula in Oracle Applications ERP R12.
Conduct training sessions for users
Train/educate junior developers and programmers and also update their knowledge as per latest update in Oracle ERP field.

You match the duties to the NOC. So if you think your duties match a NOC 0 job then go for it. I don’t think your job duties are NOC 0 which are designated for senior management. You even say that you develop MIS for senior management, so you aren’t senior management.

• Several years of experience in systems analysis, data administration, software engineering, network design or computer programming, including supervisory experience, are required.

How much experience is required for 0213 ?
