frst tym general me rejection mila..i ws eligible for spp but dint apply under dat category.
now can i apply under spp in my 2nd attempt?ya fir wo option 1st attempt mein hi milta hai?

you cannot attempt in SPP now..its can be done in first time, once rejected you cannot apply under SPP
