Duration of the study permit

our study permit will have a 3 months extension at the end.

Where do you have the date of studying written on your acceptance letter? Does it say September to April? ON the acceptance letter what I saw it was there already written (for ex) as "Duration of studies September 2013 to August 31, 2015". Even if the actual end of studying is April 30 2015.

So, in my example my question is : will CIC assume that the end of studies is April and not August and issue SP till April+3 months =July 2015 or it will add 3 month to the date in acceptance letter : August+3 months= November 30?

Yes, my letter of acceptance stating that study starts Sep 2014 Ends May 2016.

So, And As per my study duration which means one year and 8 months only ... however the program is 2 year diploma
Will the PGWP be issued starting from the end of studies date regardless of the 3 months allowance duration ??
as example:
Study starts Sep. 2014
study ends May 2016 (one year and 8 months)
PGWP starts May 2016
PGWP Ends Dec. 2017 (one year and 8 months) ?????

the PGWP will start after the 3 months allowance ??

PGWP will start the date your application got approved by CIC.
It is up to you to apply right after you receive official notification (that you completed all requirements of your program) OR wait up to 90 days before submitting application for PGWP.

You will be eligible for 3 years (36 months) PGWP. Just make sure that your passport is valid for 3+ years before you submit your application to CIC.
