Duration of Post Graduation Work Permit (PGWP)

I'm planning to do a 2 year diploma and I'm expecting a longest possible PGWP.

According to this page ;

If the program is 2 years, I'm supposed to get a 3 year PGWP, but a 2 year diploma will be finished in 20 months, isn't it ? 4 semesters each of 4 months and a spring/summer break of another 4 months.

I don't understand whether the immigration officers will consider the diploma to be 2 years or 20 months.

So how long will my PGWP be for the 2 year diploma?
