DURATION OF EXPECTED EMPLOYMENT - From the Date you sign the form TO the date of your job offer/contract

You mean in signing the duration of expected employment the day I sign the form to the end of the contract like this:

01-03-2013 to 13-05-2017 --- for four years contract

Yes if the contract is 4 years. But take note also that CIC won't issue you Work Permit that is beyond the validity of your passport.
