Duration of expected employment....in applying my Open Permit

Hello sir/ma'am,
I need your help about my application on my Open Permit about the Duration of expected employment. I try to put the date that i start my work here in my employer and i also put the expiration date of my working permit, but when i put the both date it becomes color red.

I need your help about my application on my Open Permit about the Duration of expected employment. I try to put the date that i start my work here in my employer and i also put the expiration date of my working permit, but when i put the both date it becomes color red.

What my friend did is that she just assumed to work for at least another two years. So she put FROM(the date she sign the form) TO (the date of the two years) e.g. January 1, 2013 to January 1, 2015. And what she got is that CIC issued her 4 years OWP it is co-terminus to her passport expiry.
