Duration for express entry process to complete and GCMS Notes

Hi All

My name is Akash, I have applied for Canada Express Entry from India on 9th June 2018 and got medical cleared on 22nd of June. Post this there has been no development in the application. Is there any way we can find out whats going on and how much further it would take or to get any update on the application.

Someone suggested I request for GCMS notes but when I try applying it through the email it says requestor should be in Canada, I unable to apply for that.

Let me know if there is any to resolve above.
