Duplicaye student gic profile in scotiabank

Hi,

Can i create a new gic profile in scotiabank if i created one already. Reason is that in first profile name was not entered complete. I tried to update my name sending them request but they haven’t responded. So i am thinking in order to speed up if i can create a fresh student gic profile again? Is it possible and okay ?

but your passport no. will be matched with one you already entered in the account if you try to make new account,
but you give a try
