I have a question and i would like if anyone if you has encountered this before...
I applied in NOC 2281 and i shipped the application in August which was received by the Canada immigration office but as per the courier company they were not able to trace it and declared lost but eventuality it was received by Canada immigration office.
During that time which it was declared lost from the courier company i prepared all the documents again and shipped new set of documents and this time also it was received by the immigration office.
This came into my notice when the 1st line was updated and i got 2 application numbers.
1st File was received by Office was on 26th August 2014 and 2nd file was received by them on 19th September 2014.
I got an email from Canada immigration office that i need to withdraw the 1st application as they have recieved 2 applications from me.
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.
You are requested to withdraw your application No Exxxxxxx as your other application has already passed eligibility. Please make a signed request (your - the applicant's - hand-written signature should be placed under the request; the signature must match the sample left in your application form) to this effect and send it to this office by e-mail attachment, fax or regular mail.
Please comply with the above request within 30 days from the date of this letter.
My 1st application status as changed from "We received your application for permanent residence on August , 2014" to "We started processing your application on April, 2015."
My 2nd application which was received by them in September still has 1 line update that "We received your application for permanent residence on September, 2014
I am very much worried how would they going to peruse on my case, can they cancel both my applications or they will be going to work on my 2nd application.
Please suggest !!!
