I got a dui in 2008 in Australia. My driving history says my BAC level was between .07 to .09
That's the only document I have right now . But I know my exact BAC was .079 which means I am not criminally inadmissible to Canada. I had a copy of my ticket saying .079 BAC. In 2011 I came to Canada with that copy just in case if anyone at the border asks me. But I never declared that I did a crime because only .08 or more is considered crime in Canada. But I lost my copy of ticket now.
In order to apply for permanent residency I need a copy of my ticket to prove that I was below .08 BAC
But I can not get one. No department in Australia has my information, not even the police, how do I deal with Vic now, feeling helpless please help
