I apply 2 July 2022 and biometric done 4 July 2022
And my application read time is showing 13 July
I upload all documents after 70 day they requested additional documents IMM5257 from
But upload option is not showing
But I send email to webform 22 September 2022 and send again IMM5257 from
But still showing not provided please advice .And now it’s 116 days gone no update any one have idea now what we do
And how many day waiting Timing

any idea July month cases when they will startto process one of my friend her apply after me and he got visa and I am still waiting for reply please advice any one

There is one option additional documents

document I already uploaded IMM5257 from

But still not showing and uploading option also not showing
And status bowing Not provided
Please advice what should I do

20 September 2022 - I checked my documents submitted randomly and it showed IMM5257 from not provided in (Optional Document) Required by 26th Oct 2022. Since there was no upload option, I raised a webform again with IMM5257 from & my information
26th September 2022 - Required by dates changed from 26th Oct 2022 to 27th Oct 2022.after that date is not showing and status still showing IMM5257 from not provided
Please advice what should we do in this case
