Dubai PCC - Using an old one issued from Dubai

Hi All,
I am an Australian Resident from India looking to migrate to Canada to settle with my family. I had lived and worked in Dubai for 4 years and for the process of PR need a PCC from UAE. I had acquired a PCC from Dubai for my Australian PR back in 2013. Since I have not returned to UAE for until now, can I reuse this document though it states it is valid for only 3 months. Though this may appear a bit absurd, I just want to put this out before venturing out for a new PCC from Dubai which takes around 6 months (atleast) since I dont have any friends there.

If the pcc is dated after you left the country then you can use it. Expiry date usually does not matter once you left the country.

You can use it even after expiry. In rare cases, the visa officer can ask you for a fresh PCC. But like I said, it’s RARE
