I am currently living and working in Canada and have a British Passport. I have been living in Canada for 5 years now. I am applying for express entry. I am trying to fill out the travel information but am confused as it says not to include places that you originate from or a resident of. As I am british and living in canada i understand that I do not have to include travel to these two countries in this section.

Here is my confusion: I ALSO hold a residency card for Zambia as that is where I grew up and where my parents live. I am not living in Zambia but still hold the card and it is valid, do I therefore not have to include travel to Zambia either or because I am currently living in canada to I have to include all trips back to visit my family.

Read the statement about the trips taken outside the country of origin and residence. It has a different meaning. You should mention all your international travels.
