Dual nationality - has this person used another name question.

My child has 2 nationalities, one passport shows first last names, and the other shows first + 3 middle + last name.

Should I answer yes to the "has this person used another name" question for him and attach both passports under the passport section in the docku checklist uploads and include an LOE

Both first and last names are matching in his 2 passports.
