I would like apply study permit and my husband apply FSW in the same time. I read a few post relating to one person having dual intent study permit and FSW and he got advise from a few senior experts. He should not do this he should firstly apply study permit and get visa then apply FSW later.
But my family case, I apply study permit and my husband apply FSW because FSW will be deadline by 31 Dec 2014 and there are also limit if the cap reached you could not apply. Therefore, if my husband do not apply now he need wait into May'15 and also don't know the FSW program continue in year 2015 and his occupation still require from the program.
Pls also consider my case applying study permit is quite old around 37.
