Hi Experts,
I hope you are doing well. I have doubt about dual intent regulations.
Brief History :- I have an active profile in "Express Entry" with 443 points. I also have an active SINP profile with 70 points and my NOC code is 2174. Looking at my CRS score, I don't think I have a chance of receiving an ITA. Hence, I am going to pursue a post graduate certificate from Canada. I already got an offer letter from college and now going to submit an application for student visa in next week. My PR consultant advised me to withdraw my express entry profile due to dual intent issue.
My question is, can I apply for student visa along with active profile in express entry portal? Till now, my express entry profile is not shortlisted and I am in queue with thousand others. As per my understanding, as long as, I process my both applications in serial manner (first student visa and after receiving it then PR if received ITA), it won't create any issue, but need an expertise advise. Please share your thoughts.
Thanks in advance.
