Dual intent : Spouse open work visa and pr application at the same time

Hi all,
My fiance is going to add me in his pr application in next few weeks after our wedding. He has a valid work permit too and we are applying spouse open work permit for me as well.

My query is do I need to do 2 separate medical tests for pr and sowp or just one will suffice for both?

Hello, could you please update your applications? I am also going to apply for PR in a few months and at the same time my spouse will apply for this open work permit.
Is such scenario possible or it will get rejected on dual intent?
