I want to know how the decision made on one application effects the other in the case of dual Intent applications. I tried searching online including these forums here but couldn’t find a conclusive answer.
In my case, i had applied for a temporary resident visa in February, after my work permit was extended and then I applied for PR (ITA Feb, AOR Apr) which is now approved (eCOPR June).
The TRV application however is still in submitted state with no updates.
What will happen now? Will it be automatically returned along with the fees paid, or do i have to raise a request from my end to withdraw the TRV application?
