I am having dual intent LMIA in Aug 2021 ,is it advisable to wait for FSW draw and go through PR process or go on work permit and whenever FSW draw happens apply there.

How easy or difficult is to move from one Work permit category to another nowadays .

It's really your choice.

We don't know when the FSW draws are going to be resume so probably makes sense to go ahead with the work permit.

I don't know what you mean by "move from one work permit category to another".

No - you can't transfer the work permit to a different employer.

If you want to change employers, your new employer would need to first obtain their own approved LMIA and then once the new LMIA is approved, you would apply for a new closed work permit tied to your new employer.
