Hi,

I've read that a Dual Intent Lmia is used to support both a permanent resident visa application as well as a temporary work permit application.
When submitting a Dual Intent Lmia application, what are the requirements the worker must meet? Is the worker required to have a current Express Entry profile before anything else?

1. No, not required until you get an approved LMIA
