If applicant got Dual Intent LMIA, claimed 50 points but no LMIA based work permit application submitted because of the recent change. Applicant Post graduation work permit expired already and is on visitor record but got INVITATION AND AOR under CEC. Can applicant get PR without any work permit? Please advise. Thanks
