Dual degrees or just one? Confused...

I have two bachelor's degrees, one of 3 years and one of 4 years from different institutes, and I received my WES report as follows. My question, where I'm confused as well is, if I enter both of them in EE, I get points for two degrees but I am not sure if it is correct to do that because the summary of the report only indicates one. WES doesn't like to consider the two of them separately as well. Should I only use one in EE? If I use both in EE, will I get rejected after the fees have been paid?

Thanks!
