I currently have two passports; Let's say Country A and B. Since I first came to Canada as a student, I've been using Passport A; And so, all my work and study permits, including my current PGWP, have Passport A number on them.
My question is: Can I apply to PR with Passport B?
I just want the PR to state the nationality of country B not country A.
Keep in mind that I've always declared that I'm a dual citizen in any government application.
