For citizens of Philippines who applied for dual citizenship, I have some questions.
According to the Philippine Embassy at Toronto website, applications for dual citizenships can be applied via mail.
However the requirements includes original copies of documents (passport, birth cert etc.)
It never mentioned about how to mail in nor return of the original documents once application is processed.
I am quite sure that return envelopes are required , but I would like to ask if anyone on this forum has recently done it and how is the process?
Thanks.
Mac
