Dual application allowed?

Hello folks,

Really need some advice from who has the same experience.

I'm planning to apply for pr under spouse sponsorship (outland), while i'm working in alberta. When almost all documents are ready for the family class application, the nominee program is accepting new applications again. I found myself eligible for one of the categories (the most competitive one), and was wondering if I can apply for this as well. I didn't find anything on the website that says application under the federal family class is not allowed, but I just want to be sure as this is important..and I want to do it right.

Yes, you can apply under both streams. You will have to pay separate fees for each app.
