Has anyone managed to get transcripts sent to WES directly by Delhi University as per new rules?

Here is the process to send Delhi University directly from DU campus to WES Canada. DU has posted it on their wall that you can post (mail) it directly from Post office located inside campus near SBI bank.

Someone has to mail it in person as DU officially has no process of mailing it directly to WES. Ask your family/friends to do it for you.
