Hi. I'm going to pass my work permit application at New York. Is it possible that someone else will drop-box my application there? I'm currently in Canada as a tourist, and i don't have US Visa. My employer plans to drop box it himself at NY, since I don't have US visa. Anyone here who has an idea if what we're planning is possible? Anyone who has gone through the same situation?
