Me (Canadian citizen) and my girlfriend (Colombian citizen) are going on vacation soon in the USA, because she has a US visa. She was denied a Canadian visa because she is young and has few ties to her country (even with my invitation letter). If we drive over the border together, is there any chance she will be able to visit for a few days, and then return to the US to fly home, as she will have bought return tickets?

There is zero chance she will be allowed into Canada. She needs a visa to enter Canada.
