Hi All,

I have a quick question for you..

I am planning to apply for Canada PR from India and would like to know on the below pints.

1) Is driving offence is a criminal offence in UK based on the below points

a) Jumping the signal, b) Driving with the learners license, c) driving with out insurance.

SO, I had a driving offence when I was studying in UK, and I was caught for signal jump and police found that I don't have a full license and insurance. Have attended the court and pleaded guilty for the same in front of the magistrate. Later they have asked me to pay 535 pounds fine and I had paid those and I have checked even today that the balance is zero. So I want to know whether is this a criminal offence and would do a problem for Canada PR.

And I have applied for UK PCC., will it shown on that, if shown what is the work around to apply for Canada PR if it is a problem.

All the answers are highly appreciated.

Regards
