Driving license in visiting visa

Sir Can I apply for a car driving license when I arrive in Ontario with a tourist visa.its possible
I would like to visit ontario on a tourist visa . When I visit Ontario on a tourist visa.can i took fresh Ontario car license.i have a driving license and driving experience in sultanate of oman and india.
I know the usage of international driving permit
And driving experience letter

yes, u can apply for driving license.
if u already have experience and if your experience would get approve at driving tests centre thn u dont need to wait for 8 months after u have done ur written test G1.
