Driving license Exchange from Korea

I hear that we can exchange korean driving license from Ontario MTO but i want to make sure that if my driving license is new like 1 month old can i still exchange my license or what.
Pls answer.

1. yes, you can exchange the DL, but you will still have to go through the graduated drivers licensing program if you have less that 2 years experience: http://www.ontario.ca/page/exchange-out-province-drivers-licence#section-1
