I m moving from south africa to british columbia,canada ,i have a driving license since 2005.Will I be eligible to sit a driving exam within 90 days of my arrival and receive a class 5 driving license?

Yes.

I have a driver's license from my country of birth since 2006 and will have to get my license translated (since it is not in English) if I want to get a Class 5 driver's license in BC without having to go through the GLP (Graduated Licensing Program). I'm studying the guide that was given to me - RoadSense for Drivers (now "learn to drive smart").
