DR 1 explanation

Hi everyone, please help my boyfriend and I in a question we have. He is classified on his PR card as a DR 1
(DR1 Dependant of a CRS refugee claimant who resides in Canada and who has not been deemed to be a Convention refugee by the IRB)

we are hoping to get married soon. is he eligible to sponsor me under the family class?

call CIC call centre, they will give you full and right information. i dont think, anyone from this forum can answer this question
