Downloaded latest Adobe Reader and still can't download and validate forms!!

I get the same message every time I click on the PDF link to the form I need on the CIC website

'Please wait..

If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of this document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document.'

And nothing happens.

I have the latest version of Adobe. I don't understand why it's not showing. Very frustrating!

Common issue. I had it too.

You can actually just download the form from that screen (little icon top right of that screen) and then open it from where you downloaded it..desktop or whatever. It will open as the form no problem.

Open Adobe Reader first and then open the file from the File menu in Adobe Reader. You might be double clicking the document and somehow your browser is the one set to open PDF files by default. :)
 
Yep, its a weird issue. If you're a PC user, just use internet explorer. It works perfectly fine.

We have a Mac and I had to actually use a PC at my partners office in the end! That's a an issue they really have to fix!
