Download my already submitted documents

Hi all, so a year after submitting my application and waiting for the response (still am) my computer was a victim of ransom ware, which required me to format it and lose all my contents (Always have multiple backups my friends). So some of my submitted documents will require me extra money and time to collect. So is there is a way to download my already submitted docs o IRCC. I read that I can do that through applying for the GCMS. But to be honest I tried multiple times to get them for different reasons but I have not yet received them, plus I don’t know how to get my request my docs when requesting my gcms notes. Thanks in advance
