Can someone please explain me these work requirements (Your Canadian work experience must be at least 1 year of cumulative, non-seasonal, full-time work in the past 3 years (at least 1,560 hours))
I am really confused about the following
* should I have continuous pay cheques from my employer for one year or gap of one or two months is accepted? ( refering to non-seasonal word in thid question)
* in every week only 30 hours would be counted or more/less those I worked?

To clear things up:
1) Having a gap is not the problem, you MUST HAVE the 1560 hrs. That can be done with 1 employer or more, that can be done in 1 year or more. As long as you can prove those hours you should be fine.
2) How do you get to the 1560 hrs requirement? Well only a maximum of 30 per week will count towards the requirement (30hr/week x 52 weeks in a yr = 1560 hrs) simple math. These 30 hrs can be done with 1 or more jobs, but you will only get 30hrs per week. Not nonsense like working 2 full time jobs to get 60hrs per week. NO! Only 30 will be counted towards CEC. Also 30hrs is the maximum, you can always work less. It just means will take a little longer to get to 1560hrs.

I hope this helps.
