Doubts in IMM 5532 e- Relationship Information and Sponsorship evaluation

Hi there!

I am a permanent resident in Canada, living in Canada, planning to sponsor my spouse. I am filling IMM5532 form and I have a question.

- How do I answer the question- "List all addresses where you have lived in the past five years".
I have visited different places within and outside of Canada for few weeks to 2 months. So do I have to mention each and every addresses that I lived within this period even if it was of a shorter period or a small visit?

Main addresses of residence. If you went to visit or vacation those do not count. But if that place was used a your main living residence then yes.
