Hi,

I received ITA today and I have few questions before I can complete the forms.

1) I was in Canada from December 2013, came on a work permit. Now I have more than a year of work experience in Canada, I was picked under FSW. Why was I not picked under CEC?

2) I have to answer the below question under Application/profile details -> Family.

What funds (Canadian dollars) does XXXXXXXX have available to bring to Canada to support XXXXXXXX and his/her family?

Since we are already in Canada, what funds should I mention in the above question? and what proof should I provide for the same?

Thanks in Advance!

If you're eligible for both programs, you get automatically picked under FSW.

Depends on family size. Check here ---> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

Do note that the term 'valid job offer' on that link means a job offer supported by LMIA. In your case, you will have to upload a Letter of Explanation arguing your case of being settled in Canada already and support that with evidences including bank statement(s), pay stubs, work authorization status, job offer letter mentioning salary, latest T4, NOA etc.

Thanks in Advance!
