Doubts in experince years for CRS and Primary noc code selection

Hey guys the following is the my experience :

july 2012 to july 2013 - noc 2173
july 2016 to oct 2017- noc 2133
jan 2018 to current -noc 2173

I have a MS degree and IELTS of R-9 L-8.5 S-8 W-7 with age 27

Can I select any one of these 2 noc codes as my primary? And how may more months will I have to wait for 3 years of experience to be considered in CRS ?

You will complete 3 years of work experience in Sept and you can only apply then. You have the IELTS and Masters so I would recommend you start working on your Transcripts right away.

@musicholic thanks ....already done with my ECA starting to collect letter of reference and will appy for usa pcc in september

which noc code should I go for 2133 ...i can get a strong reference while the other has a confusing aspect to the job duties

Go for the NOC which has the most number of matching words to your profile. When you write your experience letter, ensure that you use the main words which are used in the NOC code so that the person viewing your application will easily be able to match your NOC as well.
