Hi everyone...

I have two questions.

1) I have entered my spouse's work history when I filled my EE profile. I am not claiming any points for it though. But now his past employer is not giving him experience letters and he lost the contract papers he had. All we have now is his salary stubs. What should I do?

2) we got his ECA done. He has done his bachelors degree of three years where there was a collaboration between two institutes. He did first two years in India and third year in UK and got his degree form there. Now ECA report states that the institution that he studied his first two years is not recognised and the UK university where he did final year is recognized and his degree is with three year bachelor degree. What documents should I submit to back his ECA. As I stated in my initial profile that he has a bachelor degree.

I would really appreciate if you guys can help me as always :)

Thanks

Remove this from your profile and you won't be prompted for any document uploads. Even if you retain it and upload the pay stubs, the office is just going to summarily reject that evidence and (guess what!) not going to award you any points for this. Doesn't make a difference either way.

2) we got his ECA done. He has done his bachelors degree of three years where there was a collaboration between two institutes. You cannot back up an ECA any further to CIC. They will award points based on the ECA. Just upload the ECA report along with their degree copy.

I would really appreciate if you guys can help me as always :)

Thanks

Thanks asivad anac :) if I just upload the pay stubs.. Is there any chance of rejection on basis of spouse's work experience? As his is not skilled work and all we have is pay stubs.

Also his ECA says canadian equivalency summary as three year bachelors degree. So mark sheets + degree certificate and ECA would suffice?

Zero chance of rejection no matter what you upload in that section because that section doesn't count.

Mark sheet won't be needed. Your personalized checklist will tell you what is required.
