- I worked as hairstylist in Canada. Means I did not have a fixed hourly rate, if not a % for each service.
How I can write this on the application? Because they declined my young professional visa once until I wrote a fixed hourly rate.
- When I filled my EE profile I said we are two in my family but I said "single" because I did no expect to do the common law partnership on my EE application because we though it will be better apply for it after I get my PR. But, after we had the new that the processing time for common law partnership application is 26 months, it may be better do it now on my EE application.
I entered on my EE profile to change the status of "single" for "common law partner" but it did not let me change it. How I could change it?
As evidence of our partnership we have:
2 tenant agreement. 1 from june 2013 until october 2014 and another from november 2014 until may 2015. But we are not alone in the agreement. I mean, as we rented the whole house between a few friends, my partner and I, 6 names show up in the agreement.
Do you think with two leases like this will be enough?
We also have mails sent it to us in both addresses.
We did not have a joint bank account because the bills came on behalf of the owners. So how we did not have to pay common bills, we decided not open a bank account together.
We have a lot of photos of our relationship, letter from my manager and friends as prove our relationship was public.
And also we have some emails we sent to a few lawyer in january asking about how we could do the common law.
He moved to his back home middle june, so we've been separate from each other since them. But we have letters and conversation to prove our relationship is still on going.
What more kind of prove the CIC or PNP will need as evidence?
Someone told us that we should go to a notary or somewhere like that to sing a form o something like this to get the prove of our relationship is genuine and stable? Someone know about this?
- I have all the docs ready to fill the online BC PNP application but I have one question.
My boss is away for 5 months, so she left as representative the manager of the company. Is it ok if the representative sing these forms? or should be who sing this forms?
- For how many paycheck CIC or PNP ask to as evidence or my annual income?
