hi i havent rec my prev application as cap reached....now my doubt is iam planning to reapply in july...

as per checklist if v r resending the appl then we need to attach the letter from cic with new appl mentioning reason....wat if i dnt get my file back by june end????can i still send my new appl or shld i wait till my file is returned

i havent got my appl back from cic...my appl reached cic on apr 3rd n cap reached on 5th...havent got any acknowledgement yet so iam assuming it will be returned...
