Doubt regarding "spousal visits" in IMM5532e

Hi Experience Members, Please help me out with my doubt here. Here is my situation:

I have been dating my wife since 2009, did my soft landing in 2018 and got married to her in December 2019.

While we were dating, we have travelled multiple times to meet each other on different occasions (We were dating long distance for 5+years)

After our wedding in 2019, we went back to our respective cities because of work and met only twice before I moved to Toronto permanently in July 2020.

While applying for spousal sponsorship, in my IMM5532e form, question number 4 "If you are not living together, have you visited each other during your relationship?" should I mention the "visits" while we were dating or should I mention ONLY the travel "visits" after we got married?

The relationship period would include the time you were dating.
